About
創造循環都市を目指して
Sta.R（ステーション・アール）は、相鉄本線「星川」駅に誕生する、循環文化創造拠点です。未活用空間だった駅の片隅が、アートやデザイン、アップサイクルなどを楽しめる場所へと生まれ変わります。空間のテーマは、Creativity（創造）× Circularity（循環）× Culture（文化）。まちに関わる一人一人が、自らの創造性を活かして優しさとワクワクをめぐらせることで、どんな人も資源も大切にされる文化をつくることを目指します。
Sta.R という名前には、このまちの「星」と、Station（駅）の意味が込められています。そして「R」は、あらゆる存在への Respect（敬意） からはじまり、Reuse（再利用）、Repair（修理）、Remake（作り替え）、Recycle（再資源化）など多様な循環を象徴しています。
通り過ぎるだけの Covenient Station（便利な駅）から、思わず立ち寄りたくなる Convivial Station（ともに愉しむ駅）へ。見方、聴き方、触り方。ほんの少し変えるだけで、日常はもっと楽しく、美しくなる。Sta.R は、素材やアイデア、人との出会いを通じて、あなたの中にある創造性と可能性を発見する場。どうぞ、お気軽にお立ち寄りください。
Towards a Creative Circular City
Sta.R (Station R) is a place where creativity, circularity, and culture come together.
Located within Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Line, an overlooked corner of the station is reimagined as a space for art, design, and upcycling.
The space is shaped by three themes: Creativity × Circularity × Culture. By empowering each person in the community to express their creativity and circulate kindness and a sense of excitement, Sta.R seeks to cultivate a culture in which both people and resources are valued.
The name “Sta.R” brings together the “star” of Hoshikawa—hoshi, the Japanese word for star—and the idea of a station. The “R” begins with Respect—for all forms of life and matter—and expands into diverse circular practices such as Reuse, Repair, Remake, and Recycle.
From a convenient station you simply pass through, to a convivial station that invites you to pause, engage, and share. A subtle shift in how we see, listen, and touch can make everyday life more enjoyable and more beautiful.
As a symbolic hub for a creative circular city, Sta.R is a place where you can discover your own creativity through connections with materials, ideas, and people. Please feel free to join the circle.

Sta.Rは、地域の素材に出会える「マテリアルライブラリー」、循環をテーマとする作品を鑑賞したり発表できる 「アートギャラリー」、地域の循環グッズに出会える 「Re:store（ショップ）」を常設しています。また、循環や芸術、文化をテーマとするイベントやワークショップも開催していきます。素材を持ち込んだり、探したり。作品をつくったり、発表したり。モノとの関わり方を学んだり、教えたり。みんなの創造性が出会い、交わり、つながることで、優しさとワクワクが循環する場を目指します。
